When: Saturday, 8:30 AM (sharp)

What: 1.5K Swim: Warm, mid-70s Delta Water
40K Bike: Flat! Ride through the roads of Bethel Island
10K Run: Road course in 2 loops makes a scenic, flat and fast run with great spectator appeal

This is an excellent flat, fast course. If you're ready for your first international distance, or if you're seasoned and ready for competition, this is for you.

Saturday (Race Day): 
7:00 AM: Registration and Check-In begins    
8:30 AM: Start. At the Sugar Barge Resort
Post Race: 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM - Awards in the shaded lawn area  across from the Sugar Barge
11:30 to 1:00 PM: Join us for a post race Bar-B-Q, in the shaded lawn area across from the Sugar Barge. The Bar-B-Q is included in your entry fee. Additional meals will be available $8 for adults and $5 for Children under 13.


Bike Helmets: (ANSI approved) must be worn buckled or disqualification and possible removal will occur

Swim Caps: Swim caps are mandatory. Caps will be available at check-in 

Prizes: Donated and special prizes will be raffled by bib number. You must be present to win. 

Awards: Trophies to men's and women's open and master winners.
  
Medals 3-deep: 18 & under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Relay: Top 3, Male, Female and Coed

Results: Results will be posted as available. Timing will be total time only. Results will be posted to www.onyourmarkevents.com
